No Refund Policy – Notion Money Academy

This No Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing all sales and purchases of Notion Money Academy and any associated products, services, and upgrades (collectively, the “Products”) sold by [MTP L.L.C-FZ] (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).


By purchasing any Product, you (“Purchaser,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Policy, without exception.


1. Acknowledgment of Non-Refundable Purchase

All Products are sold as-is, with full disclosure of their digital and/or non-returnable nature. By completing any transaction with us, you irrevocably acknowledge, understand, and accept that:


  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, chargebacks, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstance.

  • You are purchasing access to digital intellectual property, templates, educational materials, and/or services that cannot be returned, revoked, or undone upon delivery.


2. Scope of Non-Refundable Products

This Policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following items and any associated upsells or packages thereof:


2.1 Notion Money Academy Core Program

Includes but is not limited to access to digital courses, community components, business systems, modules, downloadable templates, and proprietary educational frameworks.


2.2 PLR (Private Label Rights) Licenses

The purchase of any license granting resale, commercial use, or rebranding rights is strictly non-refundable once delivered.


2.3 Mentorship Packages

Any form of mentorship, training, or private access (whether scheduled or not) is considered a non-refundable professional service upon purchase.


2.4 Complete Bundle or Full-Access Purchases

Comprehensive packages including multiple products, upgrades, or exclusive content delivered at once are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.


2.5 1-on-1 Consulting Calls

All 1-on-1 sessions (including unused, canceled, or missed calls) are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. No rescheduling or reimbursement shall be granted without express written consent.


3. No Exceptions


No exceptions will be granted for refund requests based on reasons including, but not limited to:


  • Lack of usage or engagement with the materials

  • Buyer’s remorse or subjective dissatisfaction

  • Misunderstanding of product scope or deliverables

  • Claiming to be unaware of the Policy

  • Financial inability or external circumstances


The onus is solely on the Purchaser to review product descriptions, features, and terms prior to checkout. Failure to do so does not constitute grounds for refund, reversal, or exception.


4. Chargeback Waiver and Dispute Resolution


By purchasing any Product, you agree:


  • To waive any right to dispute the charge through your financial institution or payment provider (including but not limited to PayPal, Stripe, Visa, MasterCard).


  • That any chargeback or dispute initiated in violation of this Policy shall constitute a breach of contract.


  • That we reserve the right to present this Policy, purchase logs, IP access data, and communication records as evidence of fulfillment.


  • That you will be liable for all legal, administrative, and recovery fees associated with improper or fraudulent dispute attempts.


5. Legal Enforcement and Binding Effect

This Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement and is enforceable under the laws of United Arab Emirates.


In the event of any breach, attempted chargeback, or bad-faith action to circumvent this Policy, we reserve the right to pursue damages, injunctive relief, and legal costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.


Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any Product from Notion Money Academy, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this Policy in full and without limitation.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not proceed with the purchase.

We strongly encourage all users to read the product descriptions, watch any preview material, and ask questions before purchasing.


Our support team is available to clarify any doubts prior to purchase — but once a transaction is completed, no refunds or reversals will be issued.
